Manitoba Licensing for Individuals
Dealers, Dismantlers, General Business and Exporters
In Manitoba, dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide Copart an operational license, a provincial sales tax license and sales tax exemption forms.
Operational licenses include the Dealer’s Permit, issued under the Drivers and Vehicles Act, and the general business license, issued by your local municipality. The Manitoba Finance Taxation Division issues the Retail Sales Tax License.
