As you know, our auctions are conducted 100% online, which means we will continue hosting auctions at their normal schedules. Our Members are welcome to bid on vehicles on Copart.ca or on our Mobile App (available for iOS and Android devices). At this time we are eliminating nonessential foot traffic in our Copart locations. We are closely monitoring news about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are regularly reviewing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updates. We continue to operate Copart facilities to high standards of cleanliness to protect our team and our visitors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Copart locations open?
We are. All Copart Canada locations are open, and vehicles are available for pickup. If you have any questions about visiting a Copart location, please call that location. At Copart we continue to play a key role in keeping our roadways clear, and in helping repair shops get the parts they need to keep vehicles operating.
Can I still preview a Copart vehicle?
Yes, Members can come to a Copart location to preview a vehicle. If you choose to visit, please bring your own safety vest with reflective striping.
As an alternative to previewing a vehicle in person, our website allows you to view HD pictures as well as obtain other necessary information on the vehicle online. You may also purchase a Copart Vehicle Condition Report for certain vehicles on the lot description page.
Can I still pay for a Copart vehicle?
Yes, you can still bid, win and pay for your vehicles 100% online. During this time, we ask that you pay online if you can—we offer online payment options via our Member dashboard.
Can I still pick up my vehicle?
Yes, you can schedule a pickup through the Copart Transportation App to minimize wait times and in-person contact. If you need to pick up a vehicle yourself, you can also access the gate though the Copart Mobile App and get a QR code for the gate pass. Additionally, you may call your Copart location for delivery options.
Can I still import/export a Copart vehicle?
Since import/export law restrictions differ per country, please contact your shipping company and local authorities for updates on shipping.
