Copart just simplified and secured the pickup process for Members and transporters. Now each vehicle gets its own PIN number.
Starting Monday, February 12, the option to schedule appointments using Member Number & Lot Number will no longer be available. A Gate Pass PIN & Lot Number will be required to schedule appointments after Friday, February 9.
Once logged in, Members can find the PIN conveniently listed next to each vehicle on the Payments Due page. To book a transporter, select the lot number, and either choose which existing transporter will pick up that vehicle or enter the email for a new transporter by using the “Send to Transporter” option. The delivery driver will receive an email with the PIN number and additional pickup instructions.
Tip: The export feature will allow you to send multiple lots and their PIN numbers to your transporter.
Members picking up a vehicle themselves will be able to schedule an appointment with Visitor Sign-In using the vehicle’s assigned PIN. Members can also find the Gate PIN number on the email notification that they won a vehicle.
