Copart is proud to announce the implementation of Virtual Queue at our Canadian locations to further promote social distancing.

The Virtual Queue is the safest and most efficient way to secure your place in line while visiting one of our Copart locations. Whether you are there to pick up a vehicle, view a vehicle, or make a payment, the Virtual Queue allows us to maintain the social distancing measures and serve you better. Rather than waiting in line for the next available Customer Service Representative, Virtual Queue allows you to save your place in line while socially distancing in your own vehicle. When it’s your turn to be served, the Customer Service Representative will already be briefed on the reason for your visit and we will notify you via text message to let you know it’s your turn to enter the location and be served.
