How do I manage my Copart account?

After you have logged in navigate to the My Account tab. From there you will be able to update your contact information, modify your preferences, edit your password, view/upload your licenses and download forms.

It is important that you keep your account information up-to-date, as it ensures that we are able to contact you when there are changes or issues related to payments or licensing. This also allows us to get in touch with you should there be any questions about the vehicles you’re interested in buying or selling.

What do I do if I forgot my user ID or password?

If you’ve forgotten your user ID (email or member number), please contact our Member Services department at member.services@copart.com. If you forgot your password, simply enter your user ID or email address on the log in page, and a link will be emailed to you.

How do I contact Customer Service?

To contact Member Services department you can email us at member.services@copart.com, or utilize the online Live Chat feature on our website.

The Member services office is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST. Our member services team is happy to help you with any questions you may have.

You can even reach us through Copart’s mobile app in the support section.

How do I contact a Copart location?

You can contact any of our Copart locations via phone or email. From the Copart mobile app, select a location from the Locations list then under Location Details you’ll find the address, phone number and general manager’s email address.

If you are on your computer or tablet, simply navigate to the Locations page and select the location you would like to contact. The contact information for the location will be in the section at the top of the page.
