Have a question? We have an answer! Copart Canada is here to help you get answers to your questions quickly through our new Help Center. Whether you’re looking for information about registering for membership, placing bids, submitting your licenses, joining an auction, or something else, you can find your answer through the Copart Canada Help Center.
It’s easy. Just go to Copart.ca/Help. From there you can either type your question into the search bar or find your answer through our Common Questions and How to Buy pages.
You can also find lots of helpful tips through the Help Center. The How to Buy section will walk you through the entire buying process from registration to payment and pick-up.
When you search for a particular word or phrase using the Help Center search bar, it will load all articles and pages that pertain to your search. From there, it’s as simple as selecting the article that matches best with what you’re looking for, and reading through it to find your answer.
And if you still can’t find the answer you’re looking for, our Member Services team will be happy to help you. Just send them an email at member.services@copart.com and they will gladly help you in any way they can. Their office is open 7am-7pm CST Monday-Friday.
