Now that you’ve won a vehicle in a Copart online auction, you may be looking at your options to pick up the vehicle. Introducing vehicle pick-up scheduling, a solution to make picking up your vehicle even easier. You can now schedule the pickup of your vehicle (with you third-party transporter) through your Copart account.

This new feature adds convenience for our Members by allowing them to take care of all their needs, from payment to pickup, in one place. This solution also improves communication throughout the process to stay informed.

How does scheduling and pickup work?

  • Log into Copart.ca and under the Payments tab, navigate to the Payments Due page
  • Locate the vehicle for which you want to schedule pickup
  • Click “Send to Transporter” in the invoice column
  • Enter your transporter’s email address in the pop-up window
  • Your transporter and you each receive an email confirmation

Throughout the process, you’re kept up to date with the status of your vehicle’s pickup via email. Your transporter also receives emails or push notifications through Copart's Transporter Mobile App, if they have it downloaded.
