Private individuals buying in New Brunswick will need to go through a Broker for all clean titled and salvage items.
Dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide Copart an operational license and sales tax exemption forms. Operational licenses include a variety of dealer and business licenses, and are issued by the Department of Public Safety.
